Accurate Market Analysis and pricing:

One of the most common mistakes that can be made when pricing a home is the completion of an inaccurate market analysis with respect to your direct competition. At Rule 6, we believe in doing not just one market analysis, but several depending on area and location, school district, maturity of the neighborhood, and proximity of new construction. Cross referencing these numbers with one another and taking into account the seasons of the year help determine the best time and price to list at.

Pricing a home accurately is by far the most crucial element of selling a home. At Rule 6 Real Estate Company, we’re not here to tell you what you want to hear and we don’t make empty promises. A big misconception of selling a home is to price a home high to make room for negotiation. In reality, this can potentially eliminate potential buyers and create a stale listing. On the other hand, pricing too low will lose our clients money, and that’s never good.
